Poppy and Grandma are in town!

Grandma Kelly and Poppy came to town the week of Almond Blossom to visit for a few days. It was a VERY busy week!

We went to Bass Pro...

I love this look Bradley has. Its like he is saying "WHA?! How do they fit all this awesomeness in one store?!?"

We ate out a lot..

And even fit in in John's Incredible Pizza where we played some games...

Strangest part of the trip? 70 degrees Weather in February! Proof its February? There's Almond Blossoms in the background! Bradley and Kiersten had a blast in the interactive water fountain.

Bradley and especially Kiersten's favorite part was the pony rides at the carnival. Kiersten asks almost everyday to see the video of her on the pony rides.

Look how happy Kiersten is!

Bradley enjoyed himself but he will definitely not be a cowboy someday! He was happy to get off.

Poppy's Princess!

Kiersten is in love with her Poppy!

He came to visit us from Maryland for a few days and she was very attached to him.

Turtle Bay!

Adam had to do an observation in Redding last Saturday. I heard there was an aquarium up in Redding at Turtle Bay so I got excited and wanted to take the kids there while Adam was at the High School. Oh and I found out too that it was half price week- awesooomme! Lets go!

Ok The "aquarium" was only SLIGHTLY better than Bass Pro. Not the Miniature Monterrey Bay Aquarium I was hoping for but we still enjoyed ourselves.

They had a Parrot Playhouse where you get cups of nectar and could feed the birds. Too cool! I had a great time. Kiersten was freaked out. Bradley loved the birds from afar definitely not close up though!

Kiersten ran in all excited and scared the birds. One of the birds pecked her hand so she had a huge meltdown! Bradley wanted to feed the birds so I gave him a cup. As soon as bird landed close he freaked out, screamed, and threw the cup.

I LOVE this picture! I want to frame this.

Our original plan was to get Adam and go back but when it was time to pick him up the three of us were sooo exhausted that we just headed home!
